Overview

The role covers the entire life cycle of a private company—from inception to growth, maturity and transition—focusing on wealth management, compliance, cash‑flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies. Teams help entrepreneurs, private business owners and family enterprises manage their ownership and growth at every stage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• CPA or CFA certification preferred.
• Minimum five years experience in a similar role with a background in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or Investment Strategy.
• Experience at a Big Four, consultancy, venture capital or financial services firm.
• Additional experience in a family business or large conglomerate is a plus.
• Strong business acumen, commercial and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Agility in a matrix organisation.
