Job Description

• Financial Planning & Analysis:
  Analyze Financial Data, Develop Comprehensive Models, Forecasts, And Budgets, And Provide Actionable Insights For Strategic Decision-making.
• Account Management:
  Oversee Multinational Accounts, Monitor Performance, And Address Financial Issues Or Opportunities.
• Strategic Planning:
  Collaborate On The Company's Strategic Plan, Evaluate Investment Opportunities, And Assist In Long-term Financial Planning.
• Financial Reporting:
  Prepare And Present Financial Reports, Ensure Compliance, And Provide Recommendations For Improvement.
• Team Leadership:
  Supervise And Mentor A Team Of Financial Analysts, Promote A Culture Of Growth And Teamwork, And Set Performance Expectations.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance.
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• With 5 years of financial analysis experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) practices.
• Excellent knowledge of financial software and tools
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
