We are seeking a qualified Accounting professional to join our team in South Jakarta, Jakarta on a full‑time basis
. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the financial accounting and reporting functions that are essential to our operations and regulatory compliance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with accounting standards, and the timely delivery of financial reports that support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

• Recording and reconciling financial transactions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatory requirements
• Preparing and maintaining general ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are accurate and properly documented
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing
• Conducting regular bank reconciliations and investigating any discrepancies
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting with the preparation of financial data for audits and ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and organised
• Maintaining detailed records of all financial transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Identifying and resolving accounting issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
• Supporting the finance team with month‑end and year‑end closing procedures
• Collaborating with other departments to gather financial information and clarify transaction details as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent recognised certification) is highly desirable
• Minimum of 2‑3 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting roles
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and financial models
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles, standards and regulatory requirements applicable to investment management or financial services
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all financial work
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Reliability, integrity and a proactive approach to work responsibilities
• Experience with investment management accounting or similar regulated financial environments is preferred
