- Produktivitas individu dalam melakukan proses pendebetan alokasi premi
- Akurasi dan kecepatan Pelaporan dalam hal pendebetan/collection Premi yang sudah jatuh tempo
- Patuh terhadap SOP dan Regulasi yg ada
Brief
Job Description:
- Memastikan proses penagihan premi berjalan lancar dan sesuai jadwal.
- Berkolaborasi dengan team internal seperti customer Service atau Underwriting untuk menyelesaikan masalah terkait pembayaran Premi nasabah.
Technical Competency Requirement:
- Know Your Customer
- Insurance Products And Services
- Process And Procedures Knowledge
Education: Bachelor's Degree
