Job Description:

This is a full time position with 6 months probation period
. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of working experience in finance, accounting, and tax management, with a strong understanding of the service industry. The candidate must have excellent business acumen and a proven track record for internal improvement exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's financial and accounting operations
• Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and make strategic business decisions
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement financial strategies
• Manage and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in tax laws and regulations
• Participate in financial audits and ensure timely completion of all financial statements
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions

Qualifications:

• Experience in the service, consulting, construction project, or similar industries where revenue is recognized on a work in progress basis
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of working experience in finance, accounting, and tax management
• Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
• Proven track record for internal company experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
