• Develop, manage and enhance online account opening for Transaction banking clients.
• Drive end‑to‑end product strategy and execution to provide a seamless, secure and compliant online onboarding experience for clients.
• Work closely with all business and supporting functions stakeholders.
• Define and execute product roadmap, identify market opportunities, customer needs and digital trends. Develop value proposition that enhances client experience and improves onboarding efficiency.
• Design digital customer onboarding process to ensure seamless integration with bank's system.
• Collaborate with all related stakeholders, both internal and external, and facilitate alignment among stakeholders to ensure productive and efficient process.
• Ensure compliance with all related regulations via regulatory and risk management.
• Monitor product performance and continuous improvement.
• Benchmark with industry best practice to assure market and competitive intelligence.
