Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.
Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost saving.
Provide continued education and advice to different business units and teams regarding compliance and risk assessment.
Perform an analysis on how the company will perform in the case of business interruption.
Interview food preparation, handling, etc., personnel within the scope of the organization’s FSMS.
Review the organization’s food safety-related records and documents (e.g., receiving records, HACCP plan).
Issue a formal audit report to the organization and certification body.
Qualification Requirement:
Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows.
Experience developing business requirements.
Skilled in preparing risk assessments and developing effective audit programs.
Experience as an internal or external auditor, including extensive business process auditing.
