Senior Finance, Accounting & Tax Executive

We are a mining company committed to operational excellence, sustainable business practices, and long-term value creation. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced and strategic finance professional to lead our Finance, Accounting & Tax functions.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an accomplished Finance, Accounting & Tax professional to oversee the Company's Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring sound financial management, regulatory compliance, effective governance, and strong business performance across the organization.

• Lead and oversee all finance, accounting, and taxation activities across the Company.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the Company's business objectives.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and treasury activities to ensure healthy financial performance.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, financial institutions, investors, and other external stakeholders.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS) and Company policies.
• Oversee the month-end and year-end closing process.
• Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve accounting processes.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Lead corporate tax planning initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Oversee tax reporting, tax audits, and communication with tax authorities.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the Company's business.

• Lead the Finance, Accounting & Tax function with a strong hands‑on approach, ensuring both strategic direction and effective execution of critical financial and operational matters.
• Act as a key business partner to the Board of Directors and management team in driving financial strategy, investment decisions, business performance, and operational efficiency.
• Take full ownership of complex financial, accounting, tax, and compliance matters, ensuring timely resolution of high-impact issues and strong governance across the organization.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance organization by fostering accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement, while strengthening relationships with key external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulators.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, including significant leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience within the mining, natural resources, energy, manufacturing or other capital-intensive industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, Indonesian taxation, treasury management, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• High integrity, business acumen, and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
