Job Purpose
To assist the Consulting Team with all aspects of consulting to our Clients, including data validation, development and preparation of actuarial modeling and projections, and any related desk research.

- Develop and analyze robust calculation basis from member data, financial data, plan benefit policies and propose actuarial assumptions.
- Develop and prepare actuarial modeling and projections.
- Work with other team members (including senior consultants) to resolve client issues and prepare a good presentation for the actuarial report.
- Prepare project documentation in accordance with guidelines.
- Communicate and build a good business relationship with the client.
- Prepare actuarial report as required.
- Understand and keep updated on pension regulations.
- Assist with related desk research for projects conducted by the Consulting Team.
- Support the Consultants team as required.
- Act in accordance with the Company's Procedures, Ethics, Code of Conduct and Practice Standards; demonstrate highest compliance.
- Responsible for relevant tasks assigned by the Superior.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics / Actuarial Science with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office, strong knowledge of MS Excel & macros.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Good written and spoken communication skills (in English and Bahasa).
- Organized, able to prioritize, and possessing a sense of urgency.
- Self‑motivated and good interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working both individually and in a team.
- Completion of at least 3 Actuarial Exams (PAI or Equivalent) is a value added.
- 0–3 years of total experience in Actuarial Discipline.
- Consulting Industry exposure is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.
