Internal Controller
Mission:
The Internal Controller is responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal control system within his or her scope of responsibility. He or she will ensure that the Group’s Internal Control guidelines are rolled out and implemented, and will constantly maintain a system that adequately manages risks within his or her scope. He or she is a driving force for the system’s development and reports functionally to the internal controller of the Zone or of the Group.
Expected Achievements
- The implemented internal control system is designed to reduce risks to an acceptable level.
- Non‑conforming items are covered by corrective actions.
- Internal control results are regularly analyzed with operating teams, and action plans are followed up.
- Results (mapping, self‑assessment, tests) are auditable by internal or external auditors.
