Location: Jakarta Barat
HSBC in Jakarta Barat is seeking a Payments Operations professional to advise branches and internal departments, verify documents for high-value transactions, and ensure accurate coding and tracking across RMS/IQA/PATRIC systems.
You will balance instructions daily, handle queries, and monitor regulatory outstanding cases to meet SLAs. A minimum of 2 years in payment operations and strong analytical skills are essential.
