Future Bankers Program (FBP) is a six‑month program aimed at early‑career talents who are keen to take on a sales role in the banking industry. The program has been designed to provide you with comprehensive banking knowledge and experience in banking business processes. You will learn many aspects of knowledge related to the designated position in banking and develop core competencies and technical skills that will fast‑track your career as a banker.

• Bachelor from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fresh graduates or have working experience of up to 2 years
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Good business acumen, analytical and problem‑solving ability
