Special Asset Management, Collection

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of the Bank's Business Plan (RBB).
• Coordinate the preparation and realization of the Department's budget.
• Process and monitor the billing of non-current loan portfolios and covert to current portfolio.
• Liaise with related parties and agencies if needed in the billing process.
• Perform collection for write-off debtors optimally to achieve recovery.
• Analyze and evaluate strategies for the credit collection process.
• Coordinate the adequacy of credit administration related to the bank's efforts to take non-litigation and litigation routes.
• Evaluate the suitability of documents and administration of foreclosed assets in accordance with the applicable SOPs.
• Facilitate coordination with notaries regarding AYDA implementation.
• Monitor administration and documents for AYDA.
• Integrate and standardize processes & administration in AYDA.
• Monitor and mitigate operational risks within assigned tasks.

• Bachelor's degree from any major
• Minimal 5 (Five) years of experience in special asset management, asset recovery, collections, or relevant position
• Able to analyze financial statements (balance sheet, loss/profit, and financial ratio)
• Understand the legality and procedures related to credit.
• Understand the provisions of BI, OJK, and applicable laws and regulations related to bank business activities and processes
• Proficiency in document processing tools, data processing, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
