Cermati is seeking a Desk Collection Supervisor to oversee the desk collection process in Jakarta. You will liaise with the Collection Manager, maintain regular reports, and coordinate with other departments to ensure targets are met.
The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to coach a team toward performance goals. Prior experience in banking/financing sectors is preferred.
