Amar Bank is seeking a Team Lead to supervise Cost and Tax functions within a lean, automation-enabled finance team. You will own both cost and tax areas, manage a small team, and report directly to the finance leader.
This role requires breadth across cost management and tax compliance, with hands-on capabilities and ability to coach staff toward higher performance. Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax and regulatory processes is essential.
