About the role

We are seeking a Finance Executive with a strong focus in Finance Operations, Tax, and Audit Management to join our dynamic team. Join us if you desire to create impact and do good. Work with our teams across Singapore, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and India.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review, and verify invoices. Ensure all invoices are properly coded to the correct general ledger (GL) accounts and departments.
  • Perform reconciliation of complex data including bank, backend data and operational data.
  • Assist in month end closing for costs accrual, perform reconciliation in subsequent month.
  • Monitor and follow up closely the aging of Receivable & Payable, sales recognition, and SOA with Insurance
  • Update daily Cash management
  • Prepare detailed PPn and withholding tax for review
  • Assist in finance monthly and yearly closing
  • Assist with external audit (local & regional) process (e.g. providing the requested documents, attending to auditors queries, etc.)
  • Take care of ad hoc projects or tasks as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in collection, finance operations, or reconciliation roles, preferably within the non‑lide or general insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite, Approval Max, and bank reconciliation processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across departments.
  • A proactive, organized, and accountable team player with a growth mindset.
  • Holding Brevet Certification is preferable.
