Finance Business Analyst; Mandarin Speaker

Responsibilities

• Act as key user and first‑level support for Finance teams on system‑related issues
• Analyze and translate finance business requirements into functional specifications for system development and enhancement
• Support and optimize ERP systems, especially finance‑related modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Costing)
• Participate in system implementation, upgrades, and integration projects related to finance processes
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across financial systems and reports
• Collaborate with finance teams to improve financial reporting, consolidation, and data analytics capabilities
• Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalization within finance operations
• Perform system testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution for finance‑related systems
• Develop and maintain documentation (SOPs, user guides, process flows) for finance systems
• Provide training and support to end users on finance systems and tools
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and IT governance policies

• Fluent in Chinese is a MUST (English proficiency is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting finance systems or ERP
• Strong understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, reporting, etc.)
• Experience with ERP systems is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Familiar with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams
• Experience in project management or system implementation is an advantage
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk
