Treasury & Financing Manager

Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles.

• Establish and maintain relationships with local and international banks, serving as the key contact for financing, credit facilities, cash management, and other banking services.
• Manage corporate financing and credit facilities, including applications, renewals, drawdowns, repayments, guarantees, documentation, and negotiation of financing terms, interest rates, and fees.
• Manage foreign exchange exposure and hedging activities, including FX Forward transactions, quotations, market monitoring, and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and funding requirements by preparing forecasts, developing funding plans, monitoring bank balances and repayment schedules, and optimizing cash utilization and working capital.
• Manage short-term cash investments and treasury reporting, while coordinating with internal stakeholders, supporting audits, and monitoring relevant banking, foreign exchange, and financial regulations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate financing, banking, or financial institutions, with hands-on experience in corporate credit facilities and bank financing.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, corporate funding, cash management products, bank deposits, and short-term investment instruments.
• Good understanding of foreign exchange transactions, FX Forward products, financing structures, and financial risk management.
• Strong financial analysis, communication, coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with banks, headquarters, and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English;
  Mandarin is a strong advantage.
