Accounting & Tax SPV

This role involves coordinating with teams to ensure achievement of monthly and annual closing targets, conducting analysis and review of client financial reports, handling tax calculation, preparation and reporting processes in accordance with applicable tax regulations, and managing and directing teams in work execution to ensure effectiveness and alignment with set targets.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate with teams to ensure achievement of monthly and annual closing targets

Conduct analysis and review of client financial reports for assigned teams

Handle tax calculation, preparation, and reporting processes for clients in accordance with applicable tax regulations

Manage and direct teams in work execution to ensure effectiveness and alignment with targets

Review team work results and ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with applicable procedures

Coordinate with clients and relevant internal parties to ensure work completion meets deadlines

About you

Minimum S1 education from Economics, Accounting, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax

Experience managing or coordinating teams and conducting reviews of team member work

Strong financial statement analysis capabilities

Understanding and experience with external audit processes

Mastery of Indonesian tax concepts and regulations

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate effectively

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines

Daily English language communication ability; higher proficiency is an advantage

High integrity, honesty, and sense of responsibility in work execution
