Tax Department Head

• Manage company tax calculation, reporting, and payment processes
• Review CIT, DTA, withholding tax, and VAT calculations
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and timely tax reporting
• Handle tax reconciliations and support tax audit processes
• Supervise the tax team and coordinate with related departments and external parties
• Monitor tax regulation updates related to the financing industry

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in taxation, preferably in financing/multifinance companies or tax consulting firms, including at least 3 years of managerial level
• Certified in Tax Brevet A & B
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, especially related to financing industry
• Experienced in handling tax audits and tax reconciliations
• Familiar with E-Faktur, E-Bupot, and tax reporting systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
