Accounting Supervisor – Internal Reporting

Manage financial data reconciliation and analysis, including AR, MIS, personnel costs, expenses, and fixed assets

Prepare internal financial reports, including branch P&L, FRM & TKK, and consolidation reports

Support audit processes and external and regulatory reporting, including coordination with relevant departments

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or equivalent position within a financing company

Experienced in OJK reporting and familiar with IDX reporting

Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting

Good analytical and reconciliation skills

Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Excel

Strong communication and coordination skills
