Head of Finance Accounting Tax

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Finance, Accounting & Tax to lead and oversee the company's finance, accounting, tax, and financial control functions. This role will be responsible for ensuring strong financial governance, accurate and timely reporting, effective cash flow and working capital management, tax compliance, and sound financial decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong technical finance and accounting expertise with commercial acumen and the ability to work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives

Provide strategic financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to the Management/Board

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-term business planning

Monitor financial performance against budget and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency

Establish and monitor key financial and business performance indicators

Oversee the end-to-end accounting function and ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting

Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable PSAK/SAK and prevailing accounting standards

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

Oversee all corporate tax matters, including VAT/PPN, PPh, withholding tax, and other applicable taxes

Monitor and optimize cash flow, liquidity, and working capital

Experience in the retail and/or healthcare industry is highly preferred

Understanding of multi-outlet/multi-entity operations, high transaction volumes, inventory management, cost control, and the regulatory environment

Strong technical finance and accounting expertise

Commercial acumen and ability to work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams
