About The Role

This role will support daily cash management, liquidity monitoring, and payment processing. You will assist in tracking the company’s cash positions, help manage banking relationships, and support treasury reporting and documentation. This role provides exposure to treasury operations, risk management, and investment monitoring, making it ideal for someone starting a career in corporate or banking treasury..

Responsibilities

  • Manage liquidity for disbursements: Ensure sufficient cash and liquidity are available to meet borrower disbursements on time and support smooth operational flow.
  • Oversee repayment collections: Verify that all repayments from borrowers are received accurately and allocated correctly to the respective accounts.
  • Perform reconciliations: Conduct daily and periodic reconciliations between bank statements and system ledgers to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Monitor unmatched transactions: Identify, investigate, and resolve any unmatched transactions to ensure proper accounting and reporting.
  • Address pending or stuck payments: Track and resolve delays or issues in payment processing to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Support audit and compliance activities: Maintain organized records and assist internal and external audits by providing accurate reconciliation reports and documentation.
  • 1 - 3 years working experiences in finance.
  • Financial analysis skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for investment tracking, portfolio analysis, and reporting.
  • Adaptability: Able to respond effectively to changing market conditions and organizational needs.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Experience working with internal teams and external partners, including banks and investors.
