- Enjoy working in pastry
- Motivation to learn
- Availability to work on holidays
- Agile, clean, detail-oriented
- Good teamwork abilities
- Capable of decorating cakes
- Capable of creating cakes with perfect shape
- Prepare cakes for presentation to customers
- Understand ingredient management for cake or bread production
