• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
• Proven experience in coordinating and delivering training programs and onboarding sessions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills in both written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple training schedules and projects simultaneously.
• Passionate about people development and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Basic Design.
