- Front Office Manager
The Role
- Manage all front office operations, including check-in / check-out procedures, reservations, and guest services
- Handle guest complaints if they have not been dealt with by team members and provides a rapid solution
- Collaborate with operation manager in creating a team that works together with trust and takes responsibility to meet the goals of department / hotel
- Ensure the All Accor loyalty program is promoted to guests
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a same level or role
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details
- Fluency in multiple language is a plus (Chinese, Arabic)
