The Role
Working on rotating shifts and is in charge of training and supervising the work of the kitchen personnel in their sections.
Maintained high-quality Indonesian authentic food presentation and service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Control and analyze the quality levels of production and presentation, guest satisfaction, merchandising and marketing, cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene.
- Responsible for the production, preparation and presentation of all food items in the area concerned, to ensure the highest quality at all times.
- Must have experienced in the same position at least 2 years
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills :
Hotel or Culinary School graduates Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree - Team player, flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
