Bar Supervisor AboutThe Role
- Responsible for the overall bar operations
- Knowledgeable about the menu, wine, and cocktails
- Takes orders, serves guests, processes payments, and ensures accurate billing
- Ensures dear communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in the hotel industry
- Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Highly motivated, able to work well under pressure, and collaborates efficiently with the team.
