The Langham, Jakarta is looking for top qualified recruits!

• Minimum 2 years experience as similar position in contemporary Japanese restaurants or in a 5-star luxury hotel, with strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine
• Diploma in Food & Beverage Product or relevant culinary certification / apprenticeship, with HACCP certification and solid understanding of HACCP & Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards
• A team player with strong leadership and communication skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Indonesian and English;
  Japanese language is an advantage
