• You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
• The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Office at the hotel.

• Minimum 2-3 years work experience in a similar role in a 5 star or luxury hotel.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
• Professional and courteous demeanor, ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Well develop communication and customer relations skills.
• Excellence language skills.
