Front Office Manager

Pakubuwono is expanding into the hospitality industry through an exciting new hotel project in Jakarta. We are seeking an experienced and passionate professional to join our team as a Front Office Manager and lead our guest services operations.

Key

Qualifications:

• Education:
  
  Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  At least 3 years of experience in the same position or as an Assistant Front Office Manager in a star-rated hotel.

Technical

Skills:

• Proficient in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as VHP, Opera, or similar hotel operating systems.
• Strong leadership and managerial abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Language:
  Fluent in spoken and written English (proficiency in additional foreign languages is an advantage).
• Appearance:
  Well-groomed, professional in appearance, and possesses a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office Department, including Reception, Concierge, Bell Desk, Reservations, and other related functions.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest service to maintain guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare staff schedules, conduct regular training sessions, and evaluate team performance.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate closely with other departments, particularly Housekeeping and Sales & Marketing, to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Monitor the department’s budget and achieve occupancy and revenue targets set by management.
