Front Office Manager
Oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure excellent guest service.
Lead, supervise, and develop the Front Office team.
Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Monitor room status, VIP arrivals, and Front Office performance.
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and service standards.
RequirementsDiploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field.
Minimum 5 years of Front Office experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role.
Experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English and familiar using PMS system especially Power Pro
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
