- Perform smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications with attention to detail
- Provide guests with accurate information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room availability and guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records of transactions

- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room availability and guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records of transactions
- Fluency in Mandarin and English; additional language proficiency is a plus
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or front desk setting
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in hotel management software (PMS Opera is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly demeanor
