Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or Hospitality/Culinary Management (with a focus on financial management).
- Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in the F&B industry, including at least 3–5 years in a senior managerial role (e.g., F&B Cost Controller, F&B Finance Manager, or Operations Director).
- Ability to optimize staff scheduling based on peak-hour fluctuations to minimize unproductive labor costs.
- Strong leadership and operational capabilities
