Job DescriptionResponsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and assigned areas according to hotel standards, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish room amenities.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms.
- Check room condition and report maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor.
- Handle guest belongings and hotel property with care and follow lost-and-found procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and work areas.
- Replenish housekeeping supplies and guest amenities as required.
- Follow hotel procedures for hygiene, safety, security, and guest privacy.
- Respond politely and professionally to reasonable guest requests.
- Complete assigned rooms within the required time and quality standards.
- Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping staff is preferred.
- Fresh graduates or candidates without hotel experience may be considered.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
