The Langham, Jakarta is looking for top qualified recruits!
- WSET Level 2 certification or above.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality hotel, preferably in a wine-related or Food & Beverage role.
- Intermediate English proficiency, with strong communication and guest engagement skills.
- Good knowledge of Old World and New World wines, with a strong passion for natural wines.
- Proficient in wine administration, inventory management, and record-keeping across multiple software platforms.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to coach and guide outlet managers and teams.
- Excellent understanding of wine service standards, wine list curation, and wine recommendations in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Good commercial awareness of wine profitability, stock control, and guest satisfaction.
