Reporting to the Quotations Supervisor. Working and liaising with Sales teams across the Globe for preparation travel/tour itinerary. Daily target will be assigned for this role. This role will be based in Jakarta.
Responsibilities- Research all destinations to plan, coordinate and accurate cost tour itineraries for clients.
- Provide suitable recommendations to clients in the preparation of the travel/tour itinerary.
- Build and maintain good client relationship.
- Priorities daily work as necessary.
- Ensure turnaround quotations within deadline given.
- Reply all messages within 24 hours.
- Be Able to work in a team and a collaborative environment.
- Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or Mandarin Literature.
- Fluent Japanese speaking skills and the ability to read Japanese (MUST)
- Oral and written skill of English (MUST)
- Common to work with computer system (non web) is preferable
- 2 years of working experience (preferred), but Fresh graduates are welcome
