HR Manager IT Consulting​/Services - WFO

Overview

PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients, a multinational IT company and they are looking for an HRGA Manager to be placed in Jakarta (Holding Office) with job descriptions and requirements as below:

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations in compliance with Indonesian labor law
• Act as a strategic partner to management on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development
• Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, BPJS, THR, and other statutory requirements
• Handle industrial relations matters, including disciplinary actions, dispute resolution, and termination processes
• Manage and develop HR team members, ensuring effective execution of HR initiatives
• Support training, learning & development, and succession planning to strengthen organizational capability
• Prepare HR reports and provide data-driven insights to management for decision-making
• Serve as a key point of contact between employees, management, and external stakeholders when required

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least several years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour law and HR best practices
• Proven experience in handling end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll coordination, BPJS, THR, and industrial relations
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with management and stakeholders
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organisation is an advantage
