Alcor Prime, Jakarta, we're hiring! HRD Manager Requirements

• Has 7 years working experience in similar position as HRD Manager preferred has experience minimum 2 - 3 years as HR Executive from Hotel 5 star
• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university majoring Human Resource, Psikology or related field
• Have a good ability of to Knowledge of HR systems, Databases, Career Path and Career Development
• Have a good ability of to Knowledge of negotiation, presentation skills and problem Solving
• Have a good experience to handle Training for all level and position.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
