Lead and manage Organization Development (OD), Learning & Development (L&D), and People Development strategies.

Design, implement, and continuously improve the company’s performance management system (KPI setting, performance appraisal, performance review, and talent review).

Develop and manage competency frameworks, competency mapping, and assessment processes.

Oversee end-to-end training management:
Training Needs Analysis (TNA), program design, delivery, and training effectiveness evaluation.

Drive Individual Development Plans (IDP), coaching, and mentoring programs.

Lead culture development initiatives and core values internalization across the organization.

Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards (L&D metrics, talent review data, performance indicators) to support decision-making.

Establish, review, and enhance SOPs related to HC Development.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners (training providers, assessment vendors, consultants).

Lead and develop the HC Development team while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in HC Development, Organization Development, Learning & Development, or Talent Development.

Strong expertise in organizational design, job analysis, and workforce structuring.

Proven track record in developing and managing performance management systems.

Hands‑on experience in TNA, training module development, IDP implementation, coaching, and mentoring.

Familiar with competency assessment tools and methodologies (internal and external).

Experience in culture transformation and core values implementation.

Strong analytical and data management skills, including HR dashboard development.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Willing to be based in South Jakarta with occasional assignments to Tangerang.
