Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Hiring Manager & HRBP for position requirements.
• Handle massive recruitment.
• Collect all hiring documents needed.
• Monitor recruitment progress and solve related issues.
• Coordinate and collaborate with vendors to discuss updated recruitment tools.
• Understand assessment tools.

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of working experience in the related field.
• Experience in recruiting Sales positions is a strong advantage.
• Previous working experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and a team player.
