IBMC is seeking an HR Operations & Compliance Specialist to own internal HR administration accuracy, data integrity, and documentation. This role collaborates with Finance on payroll inputs and with Talent Acquisition on onboarding, but maintains independent compliance outcomes.
You will identify and fix problems proactively, maintain employee records, support onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
