The Legal Officer is responsible for handling corporate legal matters, including drafting and reviewing agreements, managing corporate actions, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing permits and licenses, and supporting dispute resolution processes. This role also involves conducting legal research and due diligence, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and executing directives from the Head of Legal and Management to minimize legal risks for the Company and its affiliates.

• Hold minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law
• Has experience in Legal for 3-7 years from various Industry
• Has certifications in Advocate will be an advantages
• Communicative in English both orally and written
• Able to drafting and/or reviewing agreement
• Able to Conducting legal research and due diligence to ensure minimum legal risk.
• Able to ensure the succession of new and extension permits submission for the Company and its affiliates
• Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta

• Ensure the succession of agreement drafting and/or reviewing, through completion of good process and best practices according to the prevailing Company’s policies.
• Ensure the succession of corporate action, through completion of good process and best practices according to the prevailing Company’s policies.
• Ensure high compliance level of the company’s business regarding the prevailing government regulations.
• Manage and/or monitor dispute resolution process for Company’s litigation and non-litigation.
• Ensure the succession of any direction given by the Head of Legal and/or Management member of the Company
