Legal and Compliance Executive

Legal and Compliance Executive (Jakarta or Batam)

Monitor and update regulatory requirements applicable to the Company

Track compliance deadlines for company licenses, agreements, and Power of Attorney (POA) renewals

Liaise with government authorities and professional bodies

Follow up and maintain status updates on departmental outstanding tasks

Maintain proper filing and digital archiving of legal documents, vetted documents, and Board of Directors’ signatories

Assist in releasing company data/documents and in drafting and vetting letters, documents, and agreements

Handle the renewal of general business licenses

Perform other duties as assigned by superiors

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a related function

Strong administrative and legal analytical skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented

Willing to travel if required
