A
** Supervisor**(supervisor) is an entry-level leadership or first-line management position responsible for overseeing, guiding, and managing the day-to-day operations of a small team or department within an  the company structure by 2025, this position acts as an important bridge connecting top-level management policies with technical implementation by operational staff or employees in the field.

Job Description and Responsibility The role of supervisors is crucial to ensure productivity is maintained through the following functions:
* ** Operational Supervision**:
Monitor daily workflows to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to company quality standards.
* ** Human resource management**:
Provide training (mentoring) to new employees, conduct periodic performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
* ** Troubleshooting**:
Act as a mediator in dealing with internal team conflicts and find quick solutions to technical obstacles faced in the field.
* ** Information Liaison**:
Communicate instructions or policies from managers to the team, while reporting on the development of team performance and problems to superiors.
* ** Discipline Enforcement**:
Ensure all team members comply with company rules and work safety procedures.
