Responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to 12 Sales Agents, driving the acquisitions and retention of key sellers. Fostering a culture that is both competitive and collaborative.
- Monitor individual and team performance against key metrics, including seller acquisitions, retention rates, and service levels.
- Conduct regular 1-on-1s to provide actionable feedback, career guidance, and performance coaching to ensure continuous team growth.
- Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
- Act as the first point of escalation for complex seller issues related to systems, order management, and logistics operations.
- Bachelor s degree, preferably from 3PL/Logistics background
- 3+ years of experience in Client Acquisition, Sales or Seller Management in logistics companies
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team in achieving KPI
- Excellent leadership skills
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced company
- Dependable with high sense of ownership
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
