Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations and optimize processes for peak performance.
- Lead after-sales support and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Manage installation schedules, quality control, and fault reporting.
- Supervise control room activities and maintain operational compliance.
- Build and lead a high-performing team across functions.
- Align local operations with regional goals, manage budgets, and report KPIs.
- Bachelor’s in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in a managerial role.
- Proven leadership across multi-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
