Finance Collection Assistant Manager oversees end-to-end collection operations within fashion retail, strengthening governance, enabling process efficiency through automation, and developing team capability to support sustainable business performance.

Background & Purpose of the Job: Finance Collection Assistant Manager oversees end-to-end collection operations within fashion retail, strengthening governance, enabling process efficiency through automation, and developing team capability to support sustainable business performance.

• Supervise end-to-end collection operations (sales closing, reconciliation, EDC settlements, insurance requests)
• Oversee effective monitoring of collections and ensure timely issue resolution
• Mentor and develop supervisors and staff to build team capability
• Drive automation and digital initiatives in reconciliation and reporting processes
• Evaluate process performance and implement continuous improvements
• Manage relationships with banks and payment gateways

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5-7 years experience with relevant experience including supervisory roles
• Experience leading multi-store collection monitoring and reconciliations
• Strong knowledge of EDC settlement processes and POS-bank data integration
• Proven leadership experience in coaching and guiding complex issue resolutions
• Exposure to automation initiatives in reconciliation and reporting processes
