Location: Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta
LEAD (Leadership Acceleration & Development) merupakan program Management Trainee dari Gunung Sewu Group yang dirancang untuk membentuk calon pemimpin masa depan melalui business management bootcamp, penugasan nyata, rotasi lintas unit bisnis, coaching, dan mentorship selama 24 bulan.
- Mengikuti Business Management Bootcamp selama 2 bulan.
- Menjalani 3 rotasi penugasan di berbagai unit bisnis Gunung Sewu Group.
- Memimpin dan mengerjakan proyek-proyek berdampak tinggi.
- Mengembangkan kemampuan kepemimpinan melalui coaching dan mentorship.
- Lulusan S1 atau S2 dengan IPK minimal 3,30.
- Fresh graduate dari semua jurusan dengan pengalaman magang.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja profesional maksimal 2 tahun.
- Fasih berkomunikasi lisan dan tulisan dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris.
- Bersedia ditempatkan/relokasi di luar Jakarta.
