• Responsible for managing national in‑store activity.
• Overall store display such as display rack and POSM, manpower management (promoter, trainer, merchandiser).
• In‑store display includes store renovation, POSM and monitoring SKU flooring.
• Promoter management such including sellout productivity, capability/performance and motivation.
• Capability development through training includes offline/online training, performance management, material development, BP search. Trainers and merchandisers capability also need to be managed.

• At least bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Experience as Team Head/Manager for a minimum of 3 years.
• Experience in Field Force Management & Merchandising.

• Experience in the Electronics Industry.
• Advanced skills in Data Analysis Tools (Excel, Power BI, etc).
